I have worked at the same wareapartment for over 17 years.
The supplier has been losing currency biweekly for the past five.
For that reason, I was not surprised when I received a layoff notice last weekwith my paycheck. It was a long drive apartment that afternoon as I tried to figure out how to chop the news to my partner & family. I also started to feel of a solution to the problem so I wouldn’t be out of work too long. I passed by an Heating & A/C supplier on the way that had a help wanted sign out front. I knew entirely nothing about heating & cooling but decided to stop in to option up & application anyway. The supervisor was gone for the afternoon at that point anyway. I took the application apartment & broke the news of the layoff to my family. Afterwards, I started looking at the application & was surprised to study that they were willing to train the right person. This sounded promising as I was definitely willing to learn. I have some basic handyman skills & some knowledge of electrical systems so I felt that was in my favor. The next afternoon, I got up, dressed for the the afternoon & headed out to the Heating & A/C corporation. The interview went great & I hope to hear from them soon. I have been researching the weird types of systems that are out there & it is undoubtedly easily fascinating. I never knew there were chances like heat pumps, geothermal heating & cooling, ductless split level systems & more. A Heating & A/C specialist must be well versed in all of these in order to service each customer’s needs. I have a totally weird level of respect for people who do these jobs.
