My wife and I have always loved the great outdoors. We go hiking, fishing, and even skiing together. Most of our vacations involve some sort of outdoor experience. Our favorite thing to do, by far, is going camping. When the kids were little this meant heading to the local campground, pitching a tent, and dealing with the elements. Not anymore! We now have a twenty five foot camper with all the creature comforts of home. The very idea of waking up on the hard ground in a damp tent makes me cringe. We have a queen size bed, full bathroom, living area with television, and best of all, heat and air conditioning. It no longer matters if the day is hot and muggy or cold and damp, we just head inside and enjoy a movie in our climate controlled space. This really has the be the very best part of camping these days. It is just like sitting in our own living room and enjoying an evening because we are not subjected to the elements. Then once the weather clears we are free to sit outside and enjoy the campfire and the sounds of nature. I can’t even imagine going back to the days of tent camping and whenever anyone asked me about the RV I make sure to point out being HVAC system as being my favorite feature. We taking in at the beginning of each camping season to have the entire thing gone over because I want to ensure it is in good working order for all of our weekend trips.
