List of demands; lavatory fan gets fixed

I learned a tough lesson about a year ago when my pal and I were closing on a loft purchase in this area; My buddy and I had negotiated with the seller however there were certain repairs my pal and I wanted done to the loft before my pal and I moved in, and at the time, this seemed like the easiest way to secure a livable loft separate from any extra headaches.

My buddy and I wouldn’t have to hunt down the corporations or supervise the labor that they were doing, my pal and I simply waited for the labor to be done plus would transfer straight into the house, and unblessedly, this was not the right way to do things; It turns out, when you let the loft seller complete the loft repairs, they often do it as cheap as possible.

In the end, they made it irreparable disfigurements to the loft instead of fixing it! That’s why, this time around I’m not taking any chances. I’ve been negotiating the price of a new loft for sale in my area, plus I’m not willing to budge on multiple ventilation projects. The loft is lacking a ventilation fan in the lavatory, which truly won’t fulfill my air quality needs. I know better than to have a humid lavatory separate from an overhead exhaust fan. It’s necessary to remove the extra humidity after every shower, unless you want to clean mold plus mildew from your walls. That being said, I would like to handle the exhaust fan replacement on my own. I can hire my own Heating plus A/C serviceman plus make sure that the task is done correctly. The owner is insistent that they can complete to the ventilation rehabs before I transfer in, however I’m not falling for it again.
