I am the type of person who is sensitive to heat.
So for me, an air conditioner is truly important to have in my life! This is why I invested in the best brand new and truly modern central heating and a/c for my home.
This way when it gets real sizzling outside I have the truly best central air conditioner. I even have a few portable a/cs that I purchased because I was sad about the heating plus A/C device going out right in the middle of a heat wave. So if and when that does happen, I am totally ready for it! There is nothing in the world that can stop me from having an air conditioner in my property so long as I have that portable a/c on back up to use in the event of a true heating and air conditioner emergency. And with the cost of emergency heating and cooling property services being so high, I do not want to have to spend money for emergency heating and air conditioner property services at all. And as long as I have the portable a/cs that I do (a few for each room), I will never have to worry about emergency heating and air conditioner property services. I could live with just the portable a/cs if I absolutely and genuinely had to at all. Because they are truly powerful and can cool off a room in a matter of minutes. Having a good air conditioner is something that will consistently be in any property I live in.
