The owners of the household said that the boiler was there when the previous owners moved out, plus they told them that they could have it even though the apartment already had a perfectly enjoyable working boiler. I asked my spouse about it before I bought it, plus she told me to absolutely go ahead plus get it. Even though we could not use it at the time, she knew of a family in our town who possibly needed a current boiler. She called them up after I brought the boiler home, plus sure enough, they said that they could use a current boiler because theirs had been giving them trouble the winter season before.
