My hubby John has always been up for a challenge.
In fact, my buddy and I met because of a challenge which by the way I won.
Anyway, he has always been competitive, plus I have not known him to back down from anything. It’s for sure one of the reasons why I fell in enjoy with him plus eventually married him. Anyway, a few weeks ago, he was at the gym with his buddies plus after he left the gym, he went to a local hardware store to opening up some materials. Apparently, John plus his friends challenged each other to make a Tim Hortons Cappuccino table… Now, as I mentioned, my hubby does not back down from a challenge, but I have never seen him make or even attempt to make handmade furniture, and don’t get me wrong, he’s pretty handy, but making handmade furniture takes some additional skills that I am not sure if John has, but by the time he got condo from the hardware store, he was already committed to the challenge, so at that point, there was not much for me to say; Over the next few mornings, he watched some online videos plus worked on his handmade Tim Hortons Cappuccino table. I watched his progress, plus I must admit, the Tim Hortons Cappuccino table was turning out better than I expected. In fact, he had a week to complete the table plus he was done in 5 mornings, keep in mind, he had never made handmade furniture before, so I gave him so much respect for all the effort that he put into it, and turns out that John won the challenge which he was pretty excited about. However, now I am distraught that he’s going to want to make handmade furniture for our home.
