I was so done with waking up plus being right away greeted with a sneezing fit! I have suffered from dust sensitivities for about as long as I can remember.
I have tried almost everything you can guess of when it comes to getting rid of dust sensitivities plus nothing seems to work, and finally, I decided that enough was enough, plus I needed to go to the doctor.
I truly dislike doctor appointments, plus that is why I avoided them for so long, but I just can’t live like this… This is no way to live, so, I made my appointment, plus when I met with the doctor, he asked me a few questions! He eventually asked whether I considered my indoor air quality as a potential cause for the problem. I had never considered my indoor air quality, however if the doctor is suggesting it, it is worth looking into. Apparently the doctor told me that bad air quality in homes was not uncommon, plus he commanded getting an air cleaning system would help with that. I did exactly as the doctor told, plus I went the extra mile by getting HEPA air filters plus getting my Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C ducts cleaned. This all seemed to come together to get rid of allergens in my home, because for the first time in years, when I woke up in the morning, I didn’t right away beginning sneezing, which was a huge relief. I am looking forward to living an dust sensitivity free life, thanks to my Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C technology plus air purification system.
