I am going to hit the pharmacy soon and see if they have some cold gel that works for sore joints.
I hope they have good prices on it so I don’t have to buy it online and can get immediate relief with these sore joints. It seems like the pharmacy should have the best pain gels for sale, but you really don’t know until you go there and look. I can buy it online but it is so much easier to just grab it at the store near my flat so I can use it right away. The HVAC rep told me to go there and I hope they have that gel for cooling down sore joints like mine. I think they are open now so I am going to take a break after writing this little story and go there to grab the stuff. The heating supplier told me that he used some gel there last year when he hurt his back installing an HVAC system for a customer. I need the gel for my back and my knees, and as far as my elbow goes, I think that is going to need a shot of cortisone to help the pain go away. I hurt my elbow cleaning a bunch of furnace filters over the last several months and I think it is going to need something more than the gel you buy at the local business. The doctor’s office can do shots so I just need to make an appointment and go and get it done. I will book it online now.
