The guy wanted me to repair the boiler first

I get a lot of untypical and odd repair calls and occasionally it’s a truly strange request, then not many of months ago, A guy called me to repair the boiler; She made an appointment for 10:00 in the day and I was there bright and early.

The guy told me he wanted me to repair the boiler first.

I did not understand what he meant when he told me that he wanted me to repair the boiler first. When I was done with the tune up, I wrote up an invoice and went back to the house. The guy was resting in a nightgown and was barely dressed. I turned around and walked outside and stood on the front porch. I told the guy that I was finished with the boiler repair and he made a lewd comment to me. I told the guy that I needed his to sign the paperwork for the repair request. She told me to come and get it, so I left. I have been in circumstances like this in the past. My boss was perfectly cheerful with the option that I made and he called the client to tell his that he would need to find a strange Heating as well as A/C repair provider next time he needed help with the boiler… He did not even charge the guy for the boiler service, which got me thinking. If he tried that with a strange business everytime, would it work? I don’t know the answer, but I do know that the guy was truly out of line and his behavior was bizarre.
