My husband and I just moved into a new home, and my friend and I absolutely adore it. It is in a entirely nice town, and the condo itself is beautiful. It is just about everything that I ever dreamed of in a home. The only thing that I would like to add someday is a fireplace to the family room. I have regularly wanted a wood burning fireplace because I adore the smell, however after going to see our neighbor’s house, I think I changed my mind. I still would adore to have a fireplace, however I think that I want an electric one instead of a wood burning one. My associate and I visited our neighbor’s for dinner last night, and my friend and I had a great time. They are legitimately sweet people, and it was so nice of them to invite us over for dinner just a few weeks after my friend and I moved in. The first thing that I noticed when I walked into their condo was the smell of a wood burning fireplace. It was amazing. I just cannot get over how much I adore that smell. The second thing that I noticed was how overheated it was in their house. If I had to guess, I would say that it was genuinely around eighty degrees or more in their house. I asked them if they liked having the condo so warm, and they told me that they legitimately don’t enjoy the condo to be that warm, however it was entirely difficult to regulate the temperature with the wood fireplace and their boiler. It made me think twice about getting a wood burning fireplace installed in our house. I am still debating on whether to get one or an electric one instead.
