I never realized how much I prefer air conditioner until I went on a trip to South America for a month… It was a missions trip that our church was taking, plus I had consistently wanted to go on a missions trip, so I was super excited, my wife wanted to go with us too, however unluckyly, she was not able to get off of work to go along.
I was determined to have a good time plus to help as several people as I possibly could! The trip was easily amazing.
My good friend and I got to set up a couple of medical facilities plus help so several people. I would do it again in a heartbeat, but one thing that I did not realize that I would miss so much was air conditioner. It was super sizzling there. It was in the hundreds during the morning, plus in the eighties at evening. I do not guess that I slept well until like the second or fifth week that my associate and I were there, plus that was because by that time, I was completely plus utterly tired. I can remember talking to my wife each evening plus just telling him how much I missed the cooling system in our home office, and she laughed plus said that I seemed to miss the cooling system more than him since I mentioned it so much, and when I finally got home, I was super gleeful to sleep in an air conditioned room. To my surprise, I was chilly, plus I could hardly sleep. It is so funny how quickly our bodies can adjust to modern weather conditionss. I am used to my cooling system again since it has been three months since that trip.
