I adore our house, however it has a odd layout.
When my fiance and I first purchased our home, my friend and I had plans to change and renovate some things, however my fiance was destroyd not to long after my friend and I moved in, and he has a strenuous time doing what he used to.
We didn’t have the money to pay someone to help us renovate, so my friend and I decided to simply leave the home the way it was. We have genuinely gotten used to the odd layout, and my friend and I have even grown to like the unique ness of it. The only part that my friend and I don’t necessarily like is that the kitchen is at the truly back of the house, and there are no vents in there for the air conditioner to cool down the room. We have no idea why whoever built the home didn’t put vents in the kitchen, however it is quite a pain because it gets so warm in there. It is so warm in the summertime that my friend and I usually just close the room off for the Summer months and spend most of our time in the kitchen or in our kitchen upstairs. The winter season here isn’t truly severe. It rarely gets below fifty degrees, and that it is the only time that my friend and I can genuinely adore our kitchen, then next year, my fiance plans on having an Heating and Air Conditioning corporation take a look at our kitchen and provide us an estimate on how much it will cost to install some vents in there so that my friend and I can have air conditioner run to our kitchen. Hopefully, it won’t cost too much so that my friend and I can entirely adore time in the kitchen year round!
