Waiting for my healthcare representative in a chilly office

As a senior citizen I have numerous decisions to make each year. I live on a fixed income & need to apply for renewal of my benefits including my healthcare & the possibilities can be unquestionably confusing. For this reason I always make & appointment with my carrier & go over the fluctuations to the plan. I want to get the most for my money & each year my friend and I end up altering the coverage to meet what my modern needs are. I really like & respect my representative but I dread going into the office, however the reason for this is the fact that it is situated in an old building downtown where I have to stand for numerous hours chilly. I am not sure what is up with the boiler in the building however with all of the premiums my friend and I pay they should be able to afford an upgrade, but i get that the building is aging & that they pride themselves on being situated in such a historical place however it is not kind to those who have to use their services, however open enrollment always takes place in mid to late Fall so there isn’t any choice to come during warmer months. If that were an opening I can guarantee that I would take luck of it. The dealer I use for my healthcare also requires an in-person signature. I keep hoping that they will go with an online enrollment program & then my friend and I can simply redo it from the comfort of my home, and until that happens I will just have to suffer through the process because I need my healthcare.
