When it comes to home renovations, you need to find a team with a wide range of experience, i know that on television shows it seems that “house flipping” is an simple process.
The reality is much different, plus even with a crew of skilled professionals it takes longer than a couple of days to transform an old house into something attractive; On my team I have a plumber, a carpenter, an electrician, plus an HVAC specialist.
