I was so done with waking up & being immediately greeted with a sneezing fit; I have suffered from allergies for about as long as I can remember.
I have tried almost everything you can know of when it comes to getting rid of allergies & nothing seems to work… Finally, I decided that enough was enough, & I needed to go to the nurse.
I really hate nurse appointments, & that is why I avoided them for so long, but I just can’t live like this; This is no way to live, but so, I made my appointment, & when I met with the nurse, he asked me a few questions, and he eventually asked whether I considered my indoor air quality as a potential cause for the problem. I had never considered my indoor air quality, but if the nurse is suggesting it, it is worth looking into; Apparently the nurse told me that poor air quality in homes was not uncommon, & he commanded getting an air cleaning system would help with that. I did exactly as the nurse told, & I went the extra mile by getting HEPA air filters & getting my HVAC ducts cleaned. This all seemed to come together to get rid of allergens in my home, because for the first time in years, when I woke up in the day, I didn’t immediately beginning sneezing, which was a immense relief. I am looking forward to living an allergy free life, thanks to my HVAC technology & media air cleaner.
