One thing I don’t like about portable air conditioners these days is that they are a little bit too expensive.
Because of this, I only have one portable air conditioner.
I wish they were more like the portable space heaters that are popular these days. Because I want to try to save money on energy by putting portable air conditioners in every room of my house. The goal would be to not have to use my central heating or air conditioning unit at all, and to replace it with portable air conditioning units. But right now, with the price where it is, this would cost me a small advantage. But I’ll only have to get one portable air conditioner and take it with me wherever I go. In this way, I could still save money. I have to say, though, that the price isn’t the only reason I love my portable air conditioner. No matter what or how big the room is, it can cool things down very quickly. It’s like having a portable window air conditioner! That’s how strong it is as a whole. I hope that the prices of these portable air conditioners will go down eventually because I think most people should have more than one. But on the other hand, maybe the big energy companies are making them price them so high that people can’t afford to buy more than one. However, I remain optimistic that advancements in technology and market competition will drive down the prices of portable air conditioners, allowing more people to experience their efficiency and enjoy cool comfort in every room without breaking the bank.
