Over the years, I have become so dependent on my electronic devices for reminders, but and now I can’t remember anything without an alarm, however for instance, I have all the birthdays of the pressing people in my life programmed in all my devices so that they can remind me when the time comes! I also have all my appointments programmed in these devices as well.
Additionally, my getaways or travels, date evening with my hubby, outings with my friends & my kids’ game schedules are also programmed.
In several ways, these devices help to make life a lot easier because I don’t need to keep track of everything that I have going on. And life is already busy as is, so I’ll subscribe to anything that will make it easier, but there are tons of random appointments that occur while in the year that I will never remember on my own because they are so far and few between… One of which is the appointment to get my Heating & A/C unit serviced. Typically, I schedule the Heating & A/C maintenance appointment while in the Fall right before the weather gets brutally cold. And because this Heating & A/C maintenance only happens once per year, it is never on my radar, so, I legitimately rely on my electronic devices to remind me that the appointment is coming up. I also use the devices to remind me to change my Heating & A/C filter every 90 mornings. To be honest, I am not sure what I would be doing without these electronic devices. If it wasn’t for them, I would legitimately never remember to change my Heating & A/C filter or get my unit serviced.
