See, my friend and I live in a small town, & in such a venue, a handyman is king. My associates and I were lucky to have Sam around when my friend and I were kids. My mom was a single mother working non-stop, so she needed help with fixing things around the house. This is when she came to know Sam & he was regularly in our household fixing things. The first time mom hired Sam was to install a deck in our home. We’d had plans for deck upgrade for the longest time however mom was too stressed to do it. My uncle Johnny also spoke about setting up the deck since mom already had the plans. But, he had to transport away for his work & that’s how the deck upgrade plans stalled. Then one Spring, a neighbor introduced mom to Sam & he did the best task. Sam also helped with some window replacement to help with insulation in the house. It became quite official for mom to hire Sam to handle general contracting tasks at home, & this went on for decades. Even now that I own a house of my own, Samstill does an excellent task… Last month, I wanted to do some window upgrades in the new shed my friend and I built out back. Sam came through & completed the task quite efficiently. My associate and I still have some more work to be done & will be seeing Sam soon. For example, the shed is split into two rooms & Sam will come to handle a door upgrade task tomorrow.
