We are going to sell our mom’s apartment but my friend and I need to get a new A/C put in first… At least, that is what the realtor that my friend and I are laboring with said that my friend and I needed to do. I entirely don’t think that it is all that necessary to get a new A/C put into the apartment before my friend and I list it, but they told us that my friend and I would get a lot more interest in the apartment if my friend and I listed it with a brand new A/C. I think that makes sense, because down here where my friend and I live, the weather gets to be entirely boiling during the summer, then no one is entirely interested in purchasing a new apartment if it does not have a good A/C. I know for a fact that I would never look at a apartment if it did not have an A/C in it that easily worked. I think the realtor is entirely right, despite the fact that I still don’t want to have to worry about putting in a new A/C. My associate and I have so many things going on right now that air conditioner units are the last thing that I’m anxious about at the moment, then the apartment is under construction right now because my friend and I had to do some substitutes to the only bathroom in the house, too. I think that it’s going to be a long Summer before my friend and I can get the location ready to put on the market despite the fact that I am tired of laboring on it already! I am dreading all of the labor that my friend and I are going to have to do.
