We are going to sell our mom’s property but my good friend and I need to get a up-to-date cooling system put in first, but at least, that is what the realtor that my good friend and I are laboring with said that my good friend and I needed to do.
I absolutely don’t guess that it is all that necessary to get a up-to-date cooling system put into the property before my good friend and I list it, but they told us that my good friend and I would get a lot more interest in the property if my good friend and I listed it with a brand up-to-date cooling system.
I guess that makes sense, because down here where my good friend and I live, the weather gets to be absolutely warm during the summer, no one is absolutely interested in purchasing a up-to-date property if it does not have a good cooling system. I know for a fact that I would never look at a property if it did not have an cooling system in it that really worked. I guess the realtor is really right, but I still don’t want to have to worry about putting in a up-to-date cooling system. My pal and I have so many things going on right now that air conditioning units are the last thing that I am sad about at the moment. The property is under construction right now because my good friend and I had to do some replaces to the only bathroom in the house, too. I guess that it’s going to be a long Summer before my good friend and I can get the venue ready to put on the market but I am tired of laboring on it already! I am dreading all of the labor that my good friend and I are going to have to do.
