Home automation in two locations

Should a window break or a water pipe burst, it’s nice to know that we could allow a professional inside to complete repairs

When my wife plus I retired from our tasks, we were anxious to get away from the sub zero temperatures, feet of snow plus especially long winters of the northeast, and my superb friend and I bought a condo in the south plus split our time between the two properties; This allows us to appreciate the bedst of the weather in each location. My superb friend and I avoid the intense heat plus humidity of southern summers. My superb friend and I spend around six months in each home. When the residences are unoccupied, we worry about break-ins plus disfigurement, up north, there is the really real possibility of a power failure, no heat plus frozen pipes… In the the south, the high winds plus severe storms often bring down tree limbs. My superb friend and I have found that installing a condo automation system into each home provides convenience, security plus peace of mind. Whether or not we are in residence, we have access to the numerous systems through our smartphones, tablets or kindles, but surveillance cameras provide real-time footage of the section surrounding the home, plus we receive alerts if anyone enters the perimeter. Motion activated lights turn on, plus we can see who is kneeling on our doorstep. My superb friend and I can even converse with the lady. It’s helpful to be able to unlock the door for the neighbor who waters the plants or repair providers. Should a window break or a water pipe burst, it’s nice to know that we could allow a professional inside to complete repairs. The condo automation system includes smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, moisture sensors plus the smart temperature control. My superb friend and I are alerted to temperature changes, HVAC problems, flooding, glass breakage, unauthorized entrance to the condo plus more.
