A brand new housing corporation opened in our village this week.
It was called Epic Modular Housing Solutions.
They helped people find the perfect modular house for their family… Epic Modular Housing Solutions gave people the ability to have the house of their dreams if they owned their property. If you owned the property, they would sink the water well for you, and dig the sewage drain field. They handle all the work that needs done to set up a house and make sure they put it together officially. The windows were hung, and the place was move-in-able when they were done. Epic Modular Housing Solutions made buying a house simple, if you could afford the price. I thought Epic Modular Housing Solutions would be perfect for me and my new husband Max. Max and I looked at the homes they gave, and they were perfect for us. I enjoyed the ones that have a crucial garden tub and a built-in porch. When they talked about financing, my eyeballs must have glazed over. I could not imagine paying that much interest for a home. I knew what my younger sibling paid for her mortgage, and it wasn’t a flexible rate. He said Max and I were welcome to go to the bank for the loan, but they specialized in mortgages for people who didn’t have perfect credit. Max and I looked at each other and walked out of Epic Modular Housing Solutions. They weren’t for us, but I knew they would be perfect for other people. I know Max and I just weren’t ready to buy a house right now, but maybe the future will have us returning to Epic Modular Housing Solutions.
